Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a short onboarding questionnaire by email.Please complete and return it before your onboarding call so we can review your business, offer, current Meta Ads setup, campaign goals, funnel and follow-up process in advance.You will also receive a link to book your onboarding call. This call is required before we begin setup or campaign management.During the call, we will review the information you provided, confirm access requirements, agree the immediate priorities, and outline the next steps for implementation.

Do I need to pay separately for my Meta Ads?

Your monthly Oak fee covers our work.

Your advertising budget is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our management fee.
